NO LONGER HAS THAT RULE I WAS TOLD BY A FRIEND

Ohio is discouraging ownership w/ a ding-dong deal where you have to have a 'claiming license' - then if you win the claim - you can then buy your ownership license. what an outmoded screw your neighbor set-up. But, why would owners sqwuak? - so, this deal stays in place and it is wrong - wrong - wrong

Post by: titans1127 on May 13, 2019, 02:03:18 PM: I’m pretty sure you can since most states won’t issue an owners license until you have the horse bought and in your name. PA allows you to enter to race without an owners license for 30 days while you apply and send in all the paperwork.
