The tracks know the commissions will do very little so if they want cleaner racing they have to do it themselves.

THAT TRACK IS IN THE MIDDLE OF NO WHERE AND SLOTS WILL OVERTAKE THE RACING GAME IF IT HASN’T ALREADY
