The horse should be suspended 1 month minimum up to 1 year maximum.
The owner isn't allowed to have that horse trained out of the same training facility when it returns from suspension.

You need to affect the owners using these dirty trainers.
That's the most effective way to stop dirty racing.

Whats a joke is he got suspended for stuff that's legal. Accidentally gave it on the wrong day. While the cheats are not getting caught giving illegal stuff.

We need to clean up the sport. A neatly trimmed moustache is one thing; but, these scraggly beards do look tacky. I'm all for it - trim the beards !!!
