He appealed a pre race blood gas from last January for almost a year and is serving the suspension from it now for 2 weeks.

if the 2nd positive sticks and he gets 45 days thats a lot as he races yonkers, freehod FN the meadows northfield dayton..he raced 51 times in a 5 day period 12/27-31

It appears that they are not racing anything from the stable during the suspension.

Burke promoters think it's ok for the guy to get off on everything and be involved in every scandal. He makes 20 mil a year cuz he is just better. oooooooook. Let's not forget how and WHY ronnie took over the stable as trainer. Why is he IMMUNE to the TRAINER RESPONSIBILITY rule???

Gabapentin a common ped? It's neurontin- an epilepsy drug thats also used to treat neuropathy (nerve pain). Surprised to see this. It's not a typical pain reliever like and opiate or analgesic.
How the f"** does that sneek in with the oats and hay? ngc3 Most have been under a vet care and just too high a dose?

What will be more interesting to see is what Goooofffrrrraaaal llll does once Burke's days are up. Will he welcome RB back, or will the door be shut for good. One would think RB already knows this answer and Goooffffrrrraaaal ll should make this information public. Was there ever a doubt? To add insult to the good guys, all the tracks are having not trouble filling races with out burke.. LP must be killing the JOSE....

There is NO SUCH THING as a clean trainer anymore, purse moneys are to large.
Every trainer today chases the next won't blow up the box ( helper ).
We did it let the casino's in,no going back now.
Let them use what ever they want and now you have a even playing field.
New owners want fast horses and big purses, to hell with horse.

Class 3 positive at northfield spells big trouble for burke brigade. 3 positive offenses in 8 months. Someone is slipping big time. How much did they lose out in purse money for the 15 day suspension

still no burke entries at any tracks thru 19th......first suspension was 1/1-1/15.....was appealing the 2nd one which was to start 16th....did he withdraw appeal?
Cant enter while on suspension. Anyone think any track going to deny his entries

Today is the day we find out who bows down to burke. All tracks have had no problems filling races. We will know in a couple hours who is out for the best interest of racing

all of these super barns with more than 40 horses are a detriment to racing. They control the game, race secretaries, judges, if not directly, just by their power to fill cards. Control all the trainers under them, with the mantra, win at all costs, or you will be out of a job.

I was being facetious. My point was that times change and you have to adapt to survive. There is nothing inherently problematic about the big stables.
