It's a solid overnight card that includes an intriguing mix of shippers with nearly half of the horses on the bill making their first Big M start, at least in a while. We'll see a lot of that in the coming weeks as tracks in the region shut down for the winter and horsemen are left with fewer options to get raced.
Thursday's card includes a plethora of REFUGEES from the recently closed Plainridge Race Course.
Thursday is Senior's Day with concession discounts for our mature regulars. $1 hot dogs, coffee and doughnuts
Cheap Paul and cheap Jay should be there.
