Spotted in south burbs at Chase bank in Orland pk depositing big, fat check for $450,000 large! he's been telling everyone he hit big selling them race video replay machine slots to hillbillies in Virginia. Colonial Downs is reopening with 1,000 machines and they are buying the 3 OTBs in the state and putting in 700 more machines in each joint.

Did Ira sell / lease / whatever to Va racing people? That's the issue. It's the thoroughbreds that are coming back next fall - source DRF - FACT!
Ira's mom passed several years ago so that inheritance $$$ is long gone. What's the source of the $450 check then? He was a Chase in Orland - FACT!He did deposit a check for the amount stated - FACT!
