Very sad. Only have 5 fair weekends in Michigan in 2018 which is way down from 10 years ago.

Sports Creek Downs..........ba ck in the 90's I would drive 200 miles every weekend to see good competitive racing. The clubhouse dining room was always sold out. Joe Sacco, the Track CEO would visit every table and asked how it was going or if you needed anything. They really cared............ and where are they now?

Rabbi, I live 3 minutes from pinnacle. The clubhouse which was only temporary is gone but the barns still stand. The track itself hasn’t been bulldozed over or anything like that. The place is just sitting here with entrances and exits blocked off. Im not saying it could reopen but with a little work, maybe. There had been talk of a casino nearby but I haven’t heard much lately. My own opinion is the same as when it opened, it’s in the middle of nowhere.

KEY WORDS IN THAT PR.... RACING WILL CONTINUE, IF THE STATE GIVES US WHAT OTHER STATES ALREADY HAVE...  THAT BEING CARLO WANTS A CASINO OF HIS OWN... WHERE HAVE WE HEARD THAT BEFORE?

Atleast they didn’t just shut it down in the middle of the meet and even are letting racing continue 2 more years. I believe it a little bit, that was probably some of the most valuable land in all of metro Detroit. They could have sold it any time in the last 20 years and been more profitable than running the track. Maybe Carlo cares some

HEY, CARLOW... HERE IS YOUR CHANCE.  SPORTS BETTING WILL BE LEGAL.  DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO TO GET HORSE RACING, ALL BREEDS, A CUT.   WE WILL SEE IF YOU WERE LYING OR NOT ABOUT YOUR EFFORTS TO KEEP RACING ALIVE. OR ARE YOU JUST TAKING ALL HORSEMEN FOR A YACHT RIDE?

CARLOS RACETRACK WOULD HAVE BEEN A PERFECT PLACE TO HAVE A SPORTS BETTING  PARLOR.   OH WAIT, DIDNT HE HAVE A CHARITY  73cv.2 POKER GAME THERE ONE TIME AND IT WAS SHUT DOWN FOR NOT PLAYING BY THE STATES LAWS? SO HE ALREADY HAS ONE FOOT BEHIND THE EIGHT BALL, AND THE OTHER ON A  hvc.1  PEEL
