His condo worth about 750 to 1 million depending on market is fully paid. So now he will make 400 k to 500 k.. He is getting older and wants to enjoy life. DONT WE ALL WISH WE HAD THAT CHOICE IN LIFE. HE Loves gulf and loves to go out and have a good time. He has women falling all over themselves to be with him... He is in fantastic shape. More power to him

erupts.......it's in the 80's here everyday.....if you don't need to work for the money.....why subject yourself to the shitty spring in the North. Plenty of money to be made in the 6-7 months the weather is good.
