Why did Bartlett stop driving 10 feet of the wire in race 10.

He made that great move pulling a pocket on a dead horse, was beating the 6 before the 3/4 pole and past mid stretch.  Horse was cooked.

As long as he can drive for the Frasure untouchables he'll always be leading driver
