Watch Trump compare Natalie Harp to 'Price is Right' presenter
President Donald Trump is likening Natalie Harp to a "Price is Right" presenter.
"She reminds me like the 'Price is Right'," Trump said as the White House aide walked off the stage at a rally in Grand Island, Nebraska on Monday, Oct. 5, holding the executive order he had just signed.
The president, who was campaigning for incumbent Sen. Pete Ricketts and Gov. Jim Pillen ahead of the November midterm elections, called the White House aide to bring an executive order temporarily allowing broader access to tax-free diesel fuel, crucial for trucking and agriculture onto the stage.
He then teased the audience before taking a dig at former President Joe Biden, saying he's "going to do what Joe Biden couldn't do. Sign his signature."
Trump's new executive order defers collection of excise tax on so-called red dye diesel fuel through the end of the year. The fuel is dyed because it is typical for off-road uses such as agriculture and is exempt from federal highway taxes. The president said the order would save truckers an average of $100 each time they fill up and will save farmers millions of dollars.
