1 positive in 20 years, medical experts say it's possible she did nothing wrong and must look at other extraneous factors to be sure it was a true tco2+ and they don't because they put a target on her back. 

She pissed someone off.

Take them to court and undue that whole fucking corrupt, failure of a system inside and out.
