If anyone thinks Gural didn't orchestrate this "saving the meadowlands" so he could cash in for billions once the casino arrives, then you are an ignorant idiot. This guy has millions and doesn't give one shit about the average horsemen. He's in it for the casino and once he gets it, he will fuck all the horsemen in the proceeds.

It is all BS. He knows that the casino is not in his control.
He's just trying to keep horsemen in the state cause if they leave, % of getting the casino getting on the ballot goes down.
