Been reading the Paulick Report on this weeks Keeneland sale. It stated 1732 yearlings have been sold with an average hammer price of $88,750. The average prices are up 6.79% from the 2025 sale. Out of all the yearlings sold, I wonder how many will actually get to the races? And how many will earn enough to make a profit on the cost to get them to the races?
