They guarantee the pick 5 Saturday at 100k and get 60k in the pool.
Have to cover 40k out of pocket. We'll, maybe. They've pulled shady stuff in the past.

They actually had to cover $16,000. The pool was $59,000 but the USTA Strategic Wager kicked in an additional $25,000 making it $84,000

As inept as you can get. There is no one there who knows or cares about racing. The $1 base wager does not help.
I follow harness racing more than the average person & had no idea of the 25K add in & 100K guarantee.
