Title: Tioga Race 2 Scratches ?

Three horses were scratched in the race for (Personal) reasons PSN. According to USTA it could be for personal reasons for the trainer, owner, or assigned driver. Just seems strange that there would be three (3) in the same race. Any thoughts?

Were the two entries other than #3, AE's?

Not sure but I noticed a few of the later races tonight at Tioga only have six (6) horses entered.  Maybe they are having trouble filling races.

There’s a full field in my race (7th)
