We were at the Brew the other night I brought up my late old friend Pat Tario,, I was amazed how many of the guys knew him. He was a good man and did a lot for the horse business.
How many of you guys remember this good man?
Another good friend of mine Joe Faraldo who has done nothing but good for the horse business happens to be a top attorney as well.. We can't thank him enough for being on our side nobody understands what this great man has done for the horse business THANK YOU JOE!!!
At the brew Joe was talking about the future of harness racing what a bright future we have with the addition of Kentucky,, New York as well as Pennsylvania racing for big money. There will be more tracks coming soon!!
Steve Jones "top breeder that runs Goshen" mentioned major announcements coming regarding Goshen and harness racing. Also there are some investigations that I cannot talk about this time.
It was a great night with good food and some hilarious laughter some of the guys told stories about Alice and Mikeee how they call the USTA, the racing commission and race offices. They all have one thing in common,, after they hang up they all laugh hysterically. I said,, you do know between the two of them they don't have $96 and are borderline homeless because they refuse to get jobs. Another friend mentioned what I've been saying all along,, thankfully they are both irrelevant.
We are going to meet next week at the brew for dinner,, my wife and I are planning on buying a home in the area.

Way back in the day, I worked for Ray Allen for a short time in Monticello. Pat had horses with Ray at the time. Pat was always very kind. Seemed like a great guy. He had a beautiful farm in the area, Newburgh possibly?

Dummy you obviously did not read my post. Nobody said anything about a sale yesterday. I said it was packed with people preparing for the sale. You wouldn’t have known about last night Greek gathering at the farm it was invitation only. Nobody wants you’re sorry ass there anyway let alone not being allowed on the farm.

I honestly don’t know anything about what happened to Ray. Ray was always kind and respectful to me but I did get to see his temper on full display in the paddock one night and that was what told me I should move on.
