The announcer is Melissa Keith, used to be the announcer at Rideau Carleton. Has called at Meadowlands a couple of times in the past.

Jessica is awful, Once the race is over she gives the final time and then is totally silent for 3 minutes. Never gives any info when there's an inquiry or objection. Cheap hire, you get what you pay for.

I just watched and listened to race 1. The lady announcer was decent. My gripe would be she only called the entire field once during the race.

Watching Rideau, I did not find her very good. She did not identify horses as picking up cover, and seemed unfamiliar-which is hard to believe- with other commonly used phrases. Anyway, not a big deal, just my two cents.
