Title: Why did AM fire Scott from Perfect Thought?

He listed James to drive Saturday but he choose off, so now Mark is listed

Mark hasn't won a Grand circuit race in 13 years

SZ no drive after he and Megan had her razor sharp as a 2 yo

Looks to me like The Stable stopped using Megan and Scott altogether which is kind of odd considering some of their most prominent horses have been with them.  Tactical Mounds was a big deal for AM as was Perfect Thought last year.

Kind of a rough year for Scran after the highs of last year.  I’m sure losing Ardonne was tough - although he has kind of went a bit backwards since leaving.

Also always been a bit surprised given how many big races he had won how Scotty always seems to pick up mostly scraps.   Never the top call for the top barns.  Always have thought he does a nice job and sets them up well for the big one
