I have seen several T Bred Stallion contracts for

horses still racing ......e.g.    Seize the Grey

If the "Syndicate" sees 1 poor race ...that can be

written off..as every horse will throw a poor race in

BUT.....

if there is a 2nd race that exhibits poor form the

syndicate may opt to retire the horse at their discretion...

as any further poor showings will affect the Stud Fee.

The horse maynot have a third chance for a poor showing

in most cases.

For Jangles to justify the added poor starts he would have to

have  huge showings in the   Jug,

and/or Breeders Crown..

The Hempt is a Grade 2/3 nothing more

as well as the Tattersalls.

He has to win these..or at the very least be in the

win pic.

Even an elim win in the Jug would suffice with a BC win

He will need more than 1 "5 star Rated" showing

in these races .

A 4th or 5th Place finish willnot be what the

"Doc" ordered.

They are definitely between a rock and a hard place at this point...

but they made their $$ at 2...

but they are continuing to ruin the horses legacy

with more poor showings.

He will have to show up in the Jug...and win.

He already missed the Meadowlands Pace...

Not good.

Maybe he will get going in the Hempt?
