Look at that condition in race 5 at Running Aces tonight. What isn't it written as how many times the horse blows you in the last 5 starts? WTF.

My point is how is the average handicaper supposed to account all of those variables in a 15 minute time frame?

The worst part was the 3/5 favorite was driven by his 80 year old trainer, who managed to get parked the back half and finish out of the money.
