Carl Tirella gets caught with a morphine positive. When is it going to end? The commissions know morphine is being used in 80% of horses racing. Their labs are three steps behind. The criminals have a blocking agent that changes the molecular structure of morphine. However, once in a while, the blocking agent doesn't work and that is how the scum is caught. It is rampant and it is disgusting.

I promise you there are many stables using NARCOTICS and getting away with it. The commissions know what is going on but are so underfunded that they can't keep up with the chemists on big stable payrolls. FUCKING FACT!!!!!!!!!!
