Post by: rainman2 on July 13, 2026, 08:52:54 PM: New footage of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, now half-drained for repairs, shows a splotchy, algae-stained floor, but no sign of the massive “350-foot gash” Trump has repeatedly claimed vandals cut into the lining. The president’s account of the damage has shifted repeatedly, ballooning from 250 feet to 300 to 350 feet within a few days, even as officials, journalists, and fact-checkers found no photos, video, or physical evidence to back it up.
