How can the Indiana Commission allow Mucous Miller to drive against his father in the same race? That is surely a conflict of interest.

In Canada, Doug McNair drives against his father Greg's horses at times and in Delaware, Corey Callahan drives against his father Nick's horses when he chooses to.
I've even seen Brett Beckwith drive another horse at times when his parents have a horse he feels is better, it doesn't happen often but it does happen

Jordan Stratton will choose the “better” horse over Cory’s horse from time to time at Yonkers.
