Mike Oosting back driving at Plainridge. Did they check the breathalyzer?

As he blew in the breathalyzer someone lit a cigar and the entire track blew up  ngc3

Double O will fit right in there don’t worry the drives will come shorties horse was really good. And Mr Eaton as well  Don’t sleep on him now… Trust and believe that. He ain’t no push over by far.

       Beckwith the only real driver up there , but they’re clickish so I don’t know how many good drives Oosting can get.   I wonder what happened in Indiana, he seemed to be doing ok there

It's not a question of whether he fits or not.  The real issue is the recent past not the distant past.  It doesn't help that Lindy farms races their horses here at Plainridge.  Not exactly the endorsement OO needs.
