There's a 20% takeout, so that would be $2,400 from the $12,000 bet in the pool. Leaving $9,600 to be paid out.

Every Monday night of racing there's a $10K guarantee, but because of the stakes races on Friday they had a special $15K guarantee that wasn't met.
