Oh look. Just last week I said all that's left is the worst to happen right in front of City Hall with Councilman Christ Marte sponsor of Intro 943 standing with me. And what happened. An innocent kid visiting our city died because of a fool who walked away from his horse with the entire family in the carriage to take a picture.
