Mr. Engblom was issued a full suspension from June 25, 2026, through and
including July 10, 2027. The horse "MON AMOUR" was disqualified from sharing in
the purse from the 6th race on April 29, 2023. On June 1, 2026, Ryan J. Mowll, Esq.
filed a notice of petition for certification with the Supreme Court of New Jersey on
behalf of Mr. Engblom. The Acting Executive Director, having considered the request
for a stay, hereby grants a stay of the penalties pending a ?????

Josh Marks usually doesn't have this long of a run with his beards.
