Title: Yonkers Race Secretary and the Wallach Brothers - CORRUPTION
Post by: Brooklyn Brawler on June 08, 2026, 02:38:22 PM
There is something very fishy at Yonkers between the race draws and where races are placed each night. Over the past four weeks at Yonkers, Brian and Ira Wallach's horses are ALWAYS in the earliest races along with drawn post positions no higher than five. It may go even further back, but that's what I found when doing the research.

Don't believe me, this information can be pulled up on Pathway.

What the fuck is going on??

all of the above true as im breathing air , 4 weeks ? try years now ,  always in races 1-2-3 , always draw inside , always know when they’re losing there horse so they can acquire a new one . someone told me a story about them claiming a horse from tom cerasso ( sorry if i butchered your name ) and they asked brent holland to stiff it and race it easy cause they were claiming it . absolutely unbelievable that they are still aloud to race at that place !!!

I looked back the last week or so...

5/31   races 1,2
6/2   race 1
6/6   races 1,2,3,4
6/8   race 1

6/9   race 1
6/10   race 1

It's not unusual for a race secretary to do an owner/trainer/driver a favor once in a while and try to schedule a race that is more convenient for them, but this is ridiculous. They deal in mostly claimers and are very active. Is this so if they know they are losing a horse via claim and have time to claim something else later in the card?
What else could be the reason? They go to bed early?

Six straight race cards - Race 1. This is bad and needs to be investigated.

Ask Petrelli to investigate.

I’d be more concerned with who their trainer is than which race they’re in.  Yonkers tends to have their claimers in the earlier races anyway.

Aren't there different rules for different tracks as to when claims have to be made during the race card??

Yes, Tioga has all claims before the 1st race.  Most tracks are 30 minutes before each race post time.

If I’m not mistaken, the secretary is Joe Frasure, a complete clown and shit show! He was at Pompano years ago and was atrocious!!

If anyone has access to post positions of Brian and Ira Wallach's horses over the past weeks, that would also provide further evidence of the corruption in the  Yonkers race office.

Brian and Ira Wallach have employed numerous trainers over the past year. Currently, Doug Dilloian, Jr. is their trainer. He's a damn good trainer. The brothers have had more trainers in the past year than any other owner at Yonkers.

The post position cheating along with the favorable race draws has been going on for months and needs a full investigation.

Petrelli wont investigate because he has no personal vendetta.

Facts: race secretary does favors.  Discrimination against people who want to race there.  Denies entries and people who want to make a living for no reason.   Destroyed the wagering product since being secretary (what was left of it).  Along with Faraldo has done absolutely nothing to help racing.  All you have to do is open your eyes.  Look at the leading trainers and the drivers who drive for them.  Everyone is bought and paid for.  Positives swept under the rug, crook owners.  All acceptable under this guys watch.  Freehold closes people can't even drop in cause they don't have a fat envelope for the guy.

i see some of the negative things he’s doing / done and agree . but to let freehold horses in at yonkers ? you’ve got to be kidding me that may be the dumbest thing i’ve heard all 2026 . those horses couldn’t make a face of a horse at Yonkers . bring them to monty where they belong

I saw Joe Frasure tonight at Yonkers.  Asked him why the claimers mainly go off in the earlier races.
He said the bookkeeper complains about staying late when the claimers are near the end of the program.
That’s a new 1 for me.

Freehold trainers have tried entering horses that have 15,000 claiming lines.  They were refused.  Only certain approved trainers can buy 5,000 horses and be approved.  They have to have positives from other tracks to be approved.

How fast can a horse from Monty that goes 153 go at Yonkers? Why do you say that? Lots of 54 pacers at Monty

The corruption in the racing office at Yonkers is extensive. Laterza is a trainer that pays for winning claims and PP draws.

My son called 3 Xs to talk to the race secretary about racing there . Someone in the office answered and said he will give the message to him. The 3rd time my son asked if he gave him the message and he said yes that’s all I can do. Bad place . Tons of money to race for but they want to keep it with 10 people that’s it. Just a matter of time before the plug gets pulled on them guys there to.

That's a real sin. Your son never got a positive and races clean in a dirty game.  Doesn't surprise me though.  This guy will make up reasons to throw you out.  He got rid of everyone stabled there.  Just wants his approved friends.  Those are more of the facts.
