Per Engblom still winning all the races at every track he races . What a joke these racing commissions are , can’t get this guy and all the others out because they would all be on the bread line.

Because the four big farms are the only ones making money after the big four trainers and a couple lucky owners who land on the right horse. Per will spend 3-5Million this Fall and that's all they care about, not the overall health of the sport. People always vote with their wallets.

Correct. Money is the reason he is not suspended. I have lost all respect for track owners that have continued to accept his entries.
