Title: Per Engblom
Post by: Charlie on April 29, 2026, 01:22:44 PM
How much longer is Yonkers allowing him to continue stealing money with a positive test that's been going on for several years now? Several tracks I understand have barred him until it resolved. In the meantime, good horseman are getting screwed!

Has a stay in NJ pending outcome in Superior Court. Only person who said he would bar him was Gural if not resolved by Dec 31, 2025. Instead he asked the NJRC to reduce the suspension to 90 days.  ngc3

Gural is the conduit between the state welfare subsidy cash and his top 2 barns

Engblom and Bongiorno

Unconscionable situation

Can you get the appropriate people to do this legally and make it stick?

He already found one. Racing at M1 already. It's so obvious, it's almost reckless.
