Rumor is every potential buyer who is interested in racing wants Carey out. What a surprise. The creditors committee attorney made a motion yesterday to set a deadline for the track to be sold, and if they don't meet the deadline, then liquidation proceedings begin. Judge agreed and next Tuesday he holds the hearing to set the deadline. Blame it on the sport and industry. But in this case, blame it on Carey.
