I guess this wouldn't be a surprise. Their story was they withdrew their bid to convert the current casino to a full-blown casino, due to "changed economic circumstances" and the reduction from a 30-year licensing term to 15 years. Casino companies are in the casino business and do not want to be the horseracing business. Handwriting on the walls, and in big, bold letters.

The question is how long to you continue to pump money into a business that continues to lose money night after night ?
