Iceberg ahead for loser. Everytime he raced id see him injected and tubing his horses, not sometimes, everytime. I and others dint like that, but most of all G'd doesnt...and his vengeance will be epic on this blowhard conman

PcD on 6/12/2018 FINED: $5,000 FULL - 90 DAYS, 12/1/2018 THRU 2/28/2019 POSSESSION OF HYPODERMIC NEEDLES, SYRINGES AND/OR INJECTABLE AND/OR OTHER DRUGS
PA Code 58-183.362 .336 During a vehicle search on 6/12/18 on the backstretch at Pocono Downs Mr. Faurot`s vehicle was found to have several syringes(27)which were improperly marked. There were also 4 injectable bottles. Mr Faurot is fined $10,000.00 and suspended for 365 days starting on 6/28/18. Mr. Faurot was also racing with a conditional license which states that if he violates any terms or conditions of the agreement, his license may be suspended or revoked. As of 6/28/18 his PA license is revoked. During this suspension he and all horses owned and trained by him are barred from all grounds under the jurisdiction of The State Horse Racing Commission. Also during this time he may not transfer any horses owned or trained by him without the approval of the judges at Pocono Downs or The State Horse Racing Commission. He can appeal this decision in writing within 10 days of notice of this decision as set forth in PA Code 58-183.404(a). The address for an appeal is:2301 N. Cameron St.
Status as of 10/25/2018 - Subsequent Ruling - Ruling #18056C Pursuant to an agreement between the State Horse Racing Commission, Bureau of Standardbred Horse Racing and Clayton Faurot Jr., and in consideration of the withdrawal of his appeal of the Pocono Downs Board of Judges Ruling No. 18053PD, the ruling is hereby modified as follows: Mr. Faurot will pay a fine of $5,000.00 which is due no later than February 28, 2019. Mr. Faurot will also serve a 90-day suspension beginning December 1, 2018 through and including February 28, 2019.

Clayton Faurot as trainer is in violation of PHRC medication rules and the trainer responsibility rule. Aggravating factors were considered when determining the penalty. All purse money earned on 4/12/2017 must be returned within 10 days of ruling and redistributed. Transfers of horses must be approved by the Judges at Harrah’s Chester or by the PHRC. Mr. Faurot will be put on a three year conditional license. All Fines must be paid within 10 days of ruling. Please note further that you have the right to appeal this decision in writing to the State Horse Racing Commission within ten (10) days after notice of this decision. Add Dillon/Eckley/Alexander/T Warren to the cheats at Pocono that got their start in Michigan.
How the f Eckley and Dillon are allowed to race is beyond a mystery.

There has to be no more 2nd,3rd,4th,and 5th chances for these types of violations! If these Commissions are going to allow this to happen, then call them in on the 2nd chance and inform them that they are GONE FOR 👍

What’s the point of having a commission and policing the tracks & training facilities? Seems like it’s a cheaters game at this point. Nothing seems to happen to the trainers that are abusing the system constantly. Barns are full of tubing and IV bags of whatever is in them anymore. Integrity call line? More like put your complaint in a box and never see anything come to fruition.

Believe me, if after I defended myself to his assault and that was the end of it no posts would be made, or any further actions needed. The problem is rather thsn admit he started the fight he fabricated a whole story , then pressed charges on me.
Well guess what. His cass got dismissed. Mine is just getting started, since he refused to appear in court the first 3 times. The video of him threating to kill me moments prior to him assaulting me, we'll thats going to be interesting for him to try and explain

The only non action in this matter is clays repeated no shows for his court dates. Glad he got his warrant cleared up so we can move forward.

Dont get me wrong, he showed up when it was his bs fabricated case against me. Paid for an attorney amd everything yet guess what, case dismissed.
My case against him, which of course i would have never filed but for his fake claim against me and complete slander, that will have action and consequence I assure you.
If clay didn't listen to my warning thst I had a dozen years training between boxing and karate, he should heed this warning, this will end very badly for him in all sorts of ways. Actions will make sure of that. The truth is so powerful, but he would never know that
