       The one thing I could never figure out is how he never faced any legal charges.  From what I had heard , the whole financial deal was just a Ponzi scheme . isn’t that against the law ?

Were the alleged victims (upstanding citizens  ngc3) of the alleged crime(s) of high moral character  ngc3 did / do they earn their money that they would invest 100% legitimately  ngc3  do they usually avoid law enforcement like the fucking plague  ngc3 did they have a lawyer say STFU  ngc3

There is a big feature on Joe Bongiorno in TROT magazine this month.   He speaks to carrying the family name. 

The same issue presents the results of their survey on Standardbred Betting !!!

Is speaking to carry the family name a good thing?

His father's past and present as well as his own 'issues' in racing won't draw many new fans/old fans!
