Some nice looking animals in that sale.. anyone know the deal on why these things are all suddenly available?
-
something went sour, you can bet on that
no breeding farm gets rid of mares like that all at once
-
Alot of nice animals in this dispersal. Obviously something went very wrong.
-
interesting part will be to see which ones get bought back and with who
-
Over/Under on how many "The Stable" buys?
-
Depends on the perceived "value" or if they go cheap
-
will not go cheap
they buy back 75% of the mares and let yearlings go if the price is fair
I'm not sure i would call it a "dispersal " more like a divorce
sucks having to pay even 4% just to buy back your own horses

I thought Sorella was the answer to all racing's problems? Just another loud, brash, know it all scumbag that got in over his head and now the fine folks at Princeton take a hit.
-
There is a Lou Sorello out there as well. Related to Adriano? Recall articles everywhere on this guy.

Possibly. But wouldn’t you think they would spell their last names the same?
-
your point is valid agent q
however Princeton has no one to blame but themselves
they either ignored the red flags on this guy or did not do their due diligence

Ongait is selling "Resilience" and the owners statement says;
"From the red hot sire Jimmy Freight"
I think 1 or 2 of them went fastest than 154, the J.F stakes that Sorella was pumping ended up like a bunch of 3 claimers going at it. Not even a "bunch", not many of them even had a gait to them.
