Who is this William Hartt out of Maine? He's claiming everything in sight. All tracks.

Mini Burke. A numbers game. Wants horses for all classes everywhere. Has huge trucking businesses in Maine. Been in the horse business a long time.

Sold the trucking outfit for a ton of money. Now just doing the horses.

Has most of his horses with Hitchcock and Hudson, very clean trainers/operations.  They win their fair share.
