Then

13/1 for a few minute

Then the race went official

8/1 ... Paid $18.74

I'm a harness racing guy.  But I have to ask.
Why isn't the Thoroughbred industry up in arms about this?
It would seem to me that something is way out of whack here.  Computers putting in bets late or somebody placing a big bet after the start?  I don't get it.
