Title: Will Kentucky string Baffert Up on a B.S. positive before Derby???
Post by: Checked Up on April 03, 2026, 07:05:45 PM
Ya gotta believe that they are watching him very closely since the Racing Commission is upset with him returning . His ego is to big to put down one of his employees down as trainer. I heard thru the grapevine that there are eyes on him most every time he is in a stall with a horse. Has anyone else heard anything about this?

Potente is in, and named that tune with 2 races, why is he in the SA Derby...to help CN (and possibly LT) that needs a 2nd...Buetane needs a 2nd in the wood...LT redundant points collected by one in, scratches or win the Lexington with only 34 points.  Though LT is not slated for any more derby preps needs luck seemingly.

Probably safe this year. Potente was bred by the Wygods. Marty Wygod was on the Jockey Club Board for years til he died. Litmus Test co-owned by Barbara Banke (StonerStreet), a high up Jockey Club Board member.

Medina Spirit, the horse that got DQd from the Derby was bred by a small Florida breeder and was owned by Zedan, an Arab who bought him for $30,000.

you must need attention starting a nonsense thread such as this

the racing commission banded him after several appeals and a lengthy legal battle-he served his punishment and now he is allowed back

why would you think the commission is upset with him?...if they were truly upset he would still be banded(yes banded for Gramma Grammar watching)

one other thing--we almost never see Baffert in a stall with his horses-so there are no eyes on him since he rarely is near his horses....and if he was doing something nefarious--do you actually believe Bob would actually be performing the task himself?

completely ridiculous thread

No I don't need attention, but I heard your significant other is on the streets looking for some on a regular basis!😛
