How long before this fallen star injures or kills an innocent person with his "off the rail "actions"? What drugs is he hiding from the authorities by refusing urine testing after the crashes? I would guess pain medication of some sort. His parents are probably rolling in their Graves! He looks like a street bum in the latest mugshot IMO!
