After Joe kinda pulled a WWE move on the backstretch after a race where he was parked and jumped off his horse to go after another driver---i presume this to be so . The announcer actually said "theres an incident on the backstretch", although the video camera didn't follow it.
I presume he was asked to leave, but how could he be allowed to drive anywhere?
No FAS item?
I just dont get it

The USTA has nothing to do with a state commission acting or not acting on anything, the FAS is only for reporting. Any fines or suspension would have been handed down by the judges at the track.

I'm fairly certain this is not the 1st time Chindano acted like a 6 yr old.

Thanks for setting me straight.
But gee, maybe someone should be watching over the judge's shoulder once in a while?
or does this behavior get ignored or swept under the rug?

NYS is already short a lead investigator. Not to mention one judge is the guy who called me about his good friend Howard Taylor. ngc3

Isn't Chindano the guy who's wife left him (as reported on a previous thread) ??...That would certainly explain the uncontrolled anger.
-
I've watched him drive at Monticello numerous times, and he didn't seem to impressive.

He’s already had run-ins with Donald DuPont and Kevin Wallis in Florida.
