I only believe in betting to place if betting WP and the place price is $4.00 or better
Likewise, across the board if dhow price is 6.00 or better.
Thats why the tote board at Roosevelt was so great---- it gave the the range of place and show payoffs...
And with the favorites being way overbet esp with CAW betting, longshots that hit the board pay very generous prices to show
