How did the pick 4 payoffs get reduced so drastically? With 1 late scratch? The 6 is a late scratch so you get the fat slob Jody as the post time favorite replacement. But why did all the other payoffs get reduced? The 7 was paying $126.00 for .20 cents. It got reduced to $30 the 1 dropped down to $10 and the winner dropped from $16.99 for .30 down to $11.89?? How is this possible with a late scratch??

When there is a late scratch in the final leg the will pay shown are for each horse if they go off as the favorite.
Since the 8 won the last and was not the chalk, the actual price did not change.
