I saw where Dale Hiteman drove and trained in a qualifier at Hoosier today. I thought he got a lifetime ban in Indiana a few years ago for animal abuse?

Indiana suspended him 30 days + Fine.
USTA revoked his membership.
He pled guilty in Indiana court last fall.
He's coming home he done his time.
All time great,,, 70+ yo.
He's probably better person and more accomplished than 99%.
I welcome him back
