I mean I can hardly blame them. all this state money has to go somewhere. why not in their pockets. until someone stops them, they will keep sending their horses to the high percentage trainers (in my opinion use chemicals)
if you own horses and are in it to make money you would be dumb not to use these doper trainers. they get the best drivers on the regular. probably favors in the race office. and lots of state funded purse checks. it's a no brainer.

another one jaypaul hoover. he is kind of like the poor mans todds auto or ameer najor.
hoover goes with gassers but some of his guy's gas really isn't that potent.

Kirk also follows the GAS. longtime trainer Ray fisher Jr. did a great job for Kirk. not sure what happened to that relationship.

AND THATS HOW THEY DO IT. Northfield race 7 super high 5 race. first time Kreiser from a young kid trainer. off the ticket @ 3/5.
the other time kirkey did that the horse he pitched was on a 7 race win streak. superfecta paid 24k that night.

He is a straight up guy who loves to buy and sell horses. Not someone who plays rent a horse with the other dopers.
