Two fines totalling 652,000 dollars were imposed for essentially being a beard owner.
And,yes, I see that the total was reduced to 222K.
Never seen that kind of number before.
For something that happens more than just occasionally.
I saw a horse owned by a Rawlings-I presume a relation To Dan?
What am I missing here?
