Mom and daughter nailed with huge fines for their illegal behavior.

Daughter hit with $67,000 fine for bearding for her parents and Mom. Hit with $135,000 fine for letting it happen. Not sure why the husband John didn’t have a fine?

Entire WAGNER FAMILY appealled the original decision made by the USTA.

The appeal was scheduled and heard Wednesday so this is new information.....W AGNERS lost their appeal
John resigned his membership last year.

SO, THEY STEAL OVER 1/2 A MILLY AND ONLY HAVE TO PAY BACK 200K?

AND THE PERSON BEHIND IT ALL GETS OFF WITH NUTTIN.

WHERE DOES THE 200K GO TO? AND NO EXPLANATION ON WHY THE LOWER AMOUNT OF FINES. HOW LOVELY!

he can't be worrying about where the 200k goes. he owes nothing and has horses to jog.
