Slowly but surely
Without the needed rental equipment ( costs $$$$)
Started with inside rail today

The ITHA is telling it's members there's no guarantee of a Thoroughbred meet and anyone that stables at Hawthorne is "Doing so at their own RISK".  ngc3!
