Build a Meadowlands type complex with even more somewhere in Illinois though - sports, entertainment, casino, hotel, shopping, restaurants, t-bred race track (maybe have harness).

Did you see the swamp where the BigM is located - East Rutherford, NJ  ngc3

Turn Chicago into an epicenter, brand new and somewhere else, CHICAGO!  ;D
