well, how about don't be shady. don't kill or let people kill horses on your property. don't act like you didn't know what was going on with gillis and fishman. like he doesn't know what's going on. ignorance of the rules or law is not an excuse. at the very least he was an accessory or an accomplice. aiding and abetting.
