Look at Mohawk, such a bad blizzard and much windier and colder, feels like 20 below in the sulky...no can see, the announcer says around the far turn eh eh eh your guess is as good as mine! ngc3

The USTA website said the cancellation was due to track conditions. Should they have known that in advance, probably, but maybe they couldn't tell by just grading the track, but when the horses scored down it may have been icy in spots and they chose not to race, who really knows?

I have been in the Dover Area and had 8 inches and didn't cancel, I had no issues at all.
